Belmont School Year 3 Visit to The Bhaktivedanta Temple

Children from Year 3 at Belmont School near Dorking, as part of their research into Hinduism, have visited the Bhaktivedanta Temple.

10th May 2019 — Children from Year 3 at Belmont School near Dorking, as part of their research into Hinduism, have visited the Bhaktivedanta Temple. They learnt about the main Gods of Hinduism – Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva and their wives. Lunch is always popular, as is the shop and face painting. The oxen ride was a highlight particularly when some of the Year 3s took the reins!

The children had a most enjoyable and informative day with dressing up and feeding the cows some of the highlight for the visit.
