6th December 2019 — On Thursday 28 November, the Lower Sixth at The Royal School hosted the annual Sixth Form Concert & Tea Party for older members of the local community who live in residential homes. This included performances from year groups throughout the Senior School, and carols which were sung heartily by everyone, along with delicious refreshments.

Leading up to the event, the Lower Sixth pupils organised entertainment, wrapped presents and decorated Kilmorey Hall ready for 70 guests. They arranged a wide variety of performances by Senior School pupils, including dance and music. These were mixed together with some festive and enthusiastically sung songs, which were enjoyed by all.

The school has received some lovely messages of thanks and students and staff loved hosting this very special event.
