Westbourne House is situated just to the east of Chichester in beautiful grounds of over 100 acres. The School also has a large (30 acre) lake on the north boundary for kayaking. The grounds are an important environment for the children, it is a space of regular activity away from the classroom to spark children’s interest and consolidate learning.
This role will play a key part in ensuring that the grounds and school pitches are maintained to an excellent standard. Working as part of a team, you will have experience in mowing, aeration, fertilising and weed control. You will have the ability to use a range of machinery and equipment, as well as experience in initial setting out and marking of pitches. An NVQ Level 2 Sports Turf qualification or similar is preferable.
This is a full time (37.5 hours p/w including a 30 minute daily unpaid lunch break, Monday to Friday, including weekends as required), all year-round position.
