Thornton College wish to appoint a Housemistress for September or January start.This post represents a challenging yet highly rewarding opportunity to make a lasting contribution to the personal development of our girls and to work as part of a supportive team.
Candidates will almost certainly have relevant experience of either running a Boarding House or serving as a Residential Assistant and will have a deep understanding of, and commitment to, pastoral care. Candidates will hold BSA qualifications or be willing to undertake them during their first two years in post.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
