Required for January 2021 Resident Houseparent Houseparents at Queenswood play a vital role in the pastoral well-being of the girls.

The post carries responsibility for the welfare of Year 7 to Year 11 Flexi boarding girls. Essential qualities of a Houseparent are a good sense of humour, enjoyment of working with teenage girls, stamina, and computer literacy but most importantly, that you are interested in the care and development of teenage girls and preparing them for life beyond school.

This post would suit someone already involved in pastoral care, interested in pursuing a career in education or with experience in the caring professions.
