New Hall School requires, from September 2020, an Assistant Head of Boarding (Girls’ Boarding House)
1-Year Fixed Term or Permanent.

The Assistant Head of Boarding (AHoB) shares in the pastoral responsibility for the well-being of students within one of our girls’ Boarding Houses outside of school curriculum time. They report to the Head of Boarding in the House to which they are assigned. The AHoB is expected to understand and be prepared to commit to the Catholic ethos of the School.
The successful candidate will be female*, with experience working in a boarding school, and have obtained, or be willing to study for, a BSA qualification. They will have excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to relate to students, aged 7-18 years. This is a residential support staff role.
