The Manager of IT Network and Services is responsible for all matters concerning the development, management, maintenance, and security of information systems and services, media and communications equipment at Heathfield School.

The postholder is expected to play a major role in assisting the Headmistress, the Bursar and the Senior Leadership Team in the implementation of the School’s IT development plan.

The postholder will be an innovative and dynamic leader, an accomplished driver of successful change, an excellent communicator and have an excellent understanding of how technology and media support and enhance teaching and learning. They will provide decisive leadership, and be able to inspire, motivate and challenge individuals in teams across the School; providing strategic leadership of the use of technology to support the School in achieving its vision and mission, facilitate effective use of technology to enrich learning and teaching, and effect business efficiencies and quality improvement across business and support services.
