At a time of significant change for Blackheath Prep, and indeed the sector, the new Marketing Manager will inherit a strong foundation on which to base an ambitious new era.
The Marketing Manager will be required to market and raise the profile of the school. They will be responsible for:
- developing and delivering an annual strategy;
- promoting and monitoring the use of the school’s brand;
- developing and leading a public relations strategy;
- building strong relationships with local and national influencers; and
- promoting the school externally through delivery of effective advertising campaigns and networking events.
The successful candidate will be expected to play an active part in school life to ensure good working relationships with School employees. They will promote the reputation of the School and make sure that all interactions with parents, pupils, employees and the local community are courteous and constructive.
In summary, this is a role of profound breadth and depth and will suit a person who is organised, enthusiastic and a hardworking team player with excellent written and communication skills. The candidate is expected to have had previous experience in a similar role.
Terms of Appointment:
This is a part time role covering 3 days a week. Additionally, there are several School events and activities at which attendance will be required as an important member of the School community.
The post will attract a salary equivalent to a full time salary of between £28,000 and £35,000 depending on experience.
