About the school
The importance of moral integrity is central to our values as a school, and we seek to educate young people who will be able to contribute to society, both now and in the future. Our learning community brings boys and girls of different cultures and backgrounds together, and helps them to understand the importance of respect in their everyday lives.
Mill Hill’s educational philosophy is based on offering breadth and balance, complementing the academic with the co-curricular, the technological with the traditional and individuality with a sense of community. Mill Hill is proud of its long-standing reputation for sporting excellence, and all Mill Hillians have the chance to represent their school.
Celebrated for its pastoral care, Mill Hill provides all pupils with the supportive environment of a Day or Boarding House; dedicated spaces and staff teams who guide pupils on their journey through the school.
In 2020, 63% of all GCSE passes achieved were graded at 9-7, and at A Level, 49% of all passes achieved were A*-A. Our Sixth Formers have access to a range of experts in school and in partner organisations who guide them on their options, with many pupils going on to further study at a wide range of Russel Group and international universities, four pupils achieving Oxbridge places in 2020, and some heading down more creative pathways or entering Degree Apprenticeships.
