Belmont offers an educational environment unique in London, occupying a beautiful parkland site of 35 acres only 10 miles north of the city. Our children love coming to the School where there is a rich mix of academic study alongside a vast array of clubs, activities, trips and visits to stimulate young minds and develop a love of learning which will last a lifetime. We aim to make our boys and girls confident, independent and creative learners, ready for the challenge of moving to the senior school at 13+.
About the school
Our strong system of pastoral care ensures that children are able to concentrate on their studies knowing that they are supported within a community which places a high priority on shared values. We work in partnership with parents and welcome them into the School. Do come and visit us and see for yourself the stunning surroundings within which we work.
The award of an Exhibition is made solely on the basis of music audition and/or academic performance in tests and an interview taken at the 11+. The award of a bursary by the Mill Hill School Foundation is subject to the financial resources available at the time. Applicants will be asked to demonstrate financial need by completing a Statement of Financial Circumstances and awards can be up to 100% of the fee.
